Sheraton Tunis Hotel

My stay at Sheraton was exceptional. we was treated very well and enjoyed the services the hotel had to offer. Mr Moez from the Guest lounge in the 5th floor was an exceptional representative of Sheraton Hotel. His level of customer service was excellent. very thoughtful, kind and helpful. we had a situation were we had to hire a car and couldn’t locate a local sim card, internet access for google maps. Mr Moez went out of his way to help us and get this arranged. I was really touched by this. he is a extremely good member of the team and needs to be promoted to managerial level.

Staff were so amazing and helpful and you get almost everything what you need at the hotel Nabila from business centre was truly very very helpful. Thank you so much Nabila Receptionist Eya thanks to you so much for all the support and making things easy for me

Very clean , quiet, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Madam Azza and madam mona (guest service), madam ichrak (receptionist )and madam mariem (house keeping). nice atmosphere, very strategic location.

everything was amazing. the hotel interior looks a bit old but the service and the room are excellent.
